Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse & Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics, inventory management, and customer service functions. You will be responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently, assisting with warehouse tasks, and supporting basic bookkeeping activities. Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods to customers and vendors, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist with warehouse duties including moving inventory, organizing stock, and preparing shipments for dispatch
- Use forklifts and other equipment to handle heavy lifting and move large or bulky items efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by communicating clearly, addressing questions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries and stock movements




- Conduct routine warehouse inspections to ensure safety standards are met and equipment is maintained properly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency

Skills

- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license suitable for operating delivery vehicles
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and comfortably for extended periods
- Experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of inventory management systems
- Skilled in moving items using forklifts or similar equipment (certification preferred)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in fast-paced settings
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail for bookkeeping and recordkeeping tasks
