On behalf of our client, an employee-owned national general contractor with a busy and growing Ontario Buildings group, we are searching for a Construction Manager to lead major ICI projects across the province. This is a chance to own complex, high-value builds from preconstruction through handover, with a team that takes the work seriously and enjoys the ride.

On any given day the group is delivering complex healthcare and seniors facilities, major institutional and post-secondary builds, large-scale agri-food plants, and secure federal projects, often several at once, at a scale and technical complexity that keeps the best people interested. About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

You have delivered large-scale ICI projects with a reputable general contractor, carrying builds from preconstruction through closeout. You know the realities of schedule pressure, cost control, and stakeholder management at scale
You Bring Sector Range, or the Appetite for It. Experience across some of healthcare and long-term care, post-secondary and institutional, food and beverage, or secure and defence environments is a real asset. Just as valuable is the curiosity to move between them and master what each one demands
You Communicate with Purpose. Clients trust you, trades respect you, and issues do not linger under your watch. You bring clarity when the job gets complex
You Think Long-Term. You care about mentoring the people around you and building teams that outlast any single project. You want to contribute to something bigger, and to be rewarded for it
