Job Description:
We are seeking highly trained and professional Security Guards to join our team for a retail store environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure atmosphere for customers, staff, and property while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol retail premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security risks
- Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Conduct regular security checks and report any suspicious activity
- Provide a visible security presence to deter potential threats
- Collaborate with store management and law enforcement when necessary
- Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Requirements:





- Valid Security Guard License (required)
- Previous experience in retail security or loss prevention preferred
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and skilled in high-pressure situations
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
