Department: E-commerce OperationsReport To: E-commerce ManagerJob SummaryAs an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the core operations related to the company's inventory, logistics, and e-commerce listing. You will ensure the entire process from goods warehousing, listing to order fulfillment is efficient, accurate and orderly. This position requires excellent execution and attention to detail in warehouse management, e-commerce operations and team collaboration.Main ResponsibilitiesInventory & Logistics Management

- Daily manage and maintain on-site inventory to ensure accurate inventory data.
- Receive, inspect and sort newly arrived goods for proper storage.
- Maintain the inventory management system and related reports to ensure timely data updates.

E-commerce Listing & Order Fulfillment

- Coordinate current product shooting and launch preparation to ensure consistency of product information, pricing and inventory.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to regularly update product prices, discounts and inventory availability status.
- Handle the processes of online order picking, packing, shipping, and after-sales return and exchange.




- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of order fulfillment, and optimize the work connection between the warehouse and e-commerce.

Team Collaboration & Communication

- Maintain effective communication with the e-commerce, retail and warehouse teams to improve work processes.
- Regularly provide inventory status, shipping data and problem reports.

Main Qualifications

- Possess strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, self-motivation and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Flexible working hours, able to adapt to the e-commerce rhythm, and willing to work on weekends/public holidays.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or inventory management is preferred.
- Academic background in management is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platform backend operations and order processing procedures is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
