We are looking for experienced Restaurant Servers for both our Sports Bar, Fine Dining Restaurants and Banquet/Events team. Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions that will enhance and ensure exceptional overall restaurant experiences. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to the guests needs as well as detail oriented. The ideal candidate for this position will be friendly, outgoing and have previous experience as a server in a quick-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

- Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/barstaff
- Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions
- Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
- Serve orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen; deliver accompaniments and condiments from service bars




- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
- Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary

Requirements

- Proven restaurant serving or servering experience is crucial
- Customer-oriented approach and patience
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Hands on experience in cashier duties
- Excellent Oral communication skills are required
- Excellent people skills
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Smart Serve is mandatory
- Must be willing to work weekends
