Duties:

- Proctor tests and examinations in the SAS Test Centre according to established procedures
- Ensure approved accommodations are provided while maintaining academic integrity and adherence to University policies
- Assist with specialized testing accommodations, including reader, scribe, and approved assistive technology
- Assist with test centre set-up and closing procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of student information
- Attend required training and communicate regularly with the supervisor
- Work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required; and
- Other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience:

- Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond appropriately to unforeseen circumstances
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a high degree of reliability and punctuality
- Strong teamwork skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and general computer applications




- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or educational settings is considered an asset
- Successful completion of at least two years of post-secondary education
