Duties

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and creativity among children.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements, ensuring inclusive care.
- Maintain open communication with families regarding their child's progress, needs, and achievements.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to health and safety policies and supervising activities closely.




- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, diapering, and outdoor play to promote comfort and security.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive team setting focused on continuous improvement in early childhood education.

Experience

- Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings is highly valued.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices for fostering inclusive learning environments.
- Ability to engage children through creative activities while maintaining patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Familiarity with health regulations related to childcare environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
