Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of hot tubs
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify root causes quickly
- Perform appliance repairs on various water heating systems, pumps, filters, and related equipment with precision
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and safety compliance
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed,



parts used, and system updates for accountability and future reference

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair and system troubleshooting
- Ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing or supervising a team of technicians or tradespeople
- Experience with maintenance procedures for pools and hot tubs including filtration systems, pumps, heaters, and controls
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members effectively

Pay: $62,400.00-$93,600.00 per year
