We are looking for an experienced construction Estimator/ Project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating with Xactimate, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, construction, restoration and resource allocation. Project manager will hold certifications for water, fire & smoke, structural drying, odour control, mould, asbestos, working at heights, The Project Manager will also be responsible for monitoring progress, resolving conflicts, and providing regular updates to the team.

Responsibilities:

- Knowledge with Xactware programing, docusketch and insurance claims
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
- Lead project teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Manage resources and budget to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.




- Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and provide corrective action when needed.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Must have minimum 3-5yrs experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
