- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement




- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and meet departmental goals

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent data entry skills
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
