Professional Requirements

Applicants should:

- Have relevant renovation, construction or trade experience.
- Provide their own standard tools and transportation.
- Be able to complete work safely and professionally.
- Communicate clearly with customers and project management.
- Arrive on time and meet agreed project schedules.
- Provide photos of relevant completed work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Carry appropriate liability insurance or be willing to complete the required insurance-quote process.
- Hold any licences or certifications legally required for their trade.
- Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
