The Opportunity

This is a flexible, performance-based role that works around your shifts and your life. If you've got a strong network, love sports, and can talk to anyone, this role will pay off.

What You'll Do

- Drive app growth through word-of-mouth, social media, and direct outreach: online or in person.
- Leverage your existing network to spread the word, whether that's your crew on site, your group chats, or your social following.
- Organically grow your reach by introducing HotTakes to new communities, while educating peers on responsible, informed sports betting.
- Collect user feedback and collaborate with the internal team to improve the product.
- Build brand awareness through your personal and professional network.

You'd Be a Great Fit if You Are:

- A current resident in Alberta.
- Are looking for a flexible side gig that fits around your existing schedule - whether that's shift work, a full-time job, or anything in between.




- Passionate about sports and sports culture.
- Active in local rec sports leagues, community groups, or social circles.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based role.
- Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently while taking feedback and direction.

Compensation & Time Commitment

- Commission-Based: Earn directly based on the users you bring in - the bigger your network and hustle, the bigger your paycheque.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: No ceiling on what you can make - high performers maximize earnings by leveraging strong networks, events, and consistent outreach.
- Flexible Hours: Put in as much or as little time as works for you: 5-30 hours per week based on your availability (part-time, flexible schedule).
