PartsEngine is looking for an experienced Senior Tire Department Supervisor to lead our growing wheel and tire assembly operation in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, improving operations, and building an organized, high-performing department.

You'll work with up-to-date equipment, support a skilled team, and play an important role in shaping the future of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

- Lead the daily operations of the Tire Department.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Tire Technicians.
- Assign workloads and monitor production priorities.
- Maintain quality, safety, and department organization.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Shipping, and Customer Service teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help maintain equipment and inventory within the department.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of wheel and tire industry experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mounting, balancing, TPMS, and wheel accessories.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
- Positive leadership attitude with a focus on teamwork.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
