Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook / Garde Manger to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in consistency and attention to detail—especially in cold station and plated presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute menu items for the garde manger and hot line stations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Ensure proper food handling, labeling, and storage procedures
- Assist with daily prep and mise en place
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation




- Assist with dishes and support overall kitchen cleanliness as needed
- Follow all health and safety standards

Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of professional kitchen experience (required)
- Experience working garde manger/cold station preferred
- Solid knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
