We are an established independent boutique eyewear store located in Toronto's Financial District, serving a loyal clientele that ranges from luxury shoppers seeking exclusive designer eyewear to value-conscious customers looking for exceptional quality within their budget.

We're looking for an experienced retail professional who brings confidence, warmth, and outstanding sales ability. Someone who is approachable, stylish, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys helping people look and feel their best.

What You'll Do:

- Build genuine relationships with clients and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Confidently guide customers through frame selection based on style, lifestyle, and budget.
- Deliver a luxury level of service while making every customer feel welcome.
- Maintain an organized, polished, and visually appealing showroom.
- Handle multiple customers and priorities during busy periods while remaining calm and professional.
- Assist with general store operations, merchandising, inventory, light cleaning and other day-to-day responsibilities.

You are someone who:

- Has several years of retail sales experience, preferably in premium retail.
- Is naturally outgoing and enjoys starting conversations with customers.
- Is friendly, welcoming, and brings positive energy to the workplace.
- Is motivated by achieving sales goals while providing honest,



relationship-focused service.
- Has an eye for fashion, design, and personal style.
- Presents themselves professionally with a polished appearance.
- Works well under pressure without becoming overwhelmed.
- Is dependable, responsible, and confident in their abilities.
- Thrives in a close-knit, owner-operated business where professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service are valued.
- Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Experience:

Required

- Solid retail sales experience.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.

Assets

- Optical experience.
- Experience selling luxury goods.
- Fashion, design, or eyewear knowledge.

Don't have optical experience? That's okay. If you're an exceptional retail salesperson with the right attitude, we're happy to train the right person.

Schedule

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
