Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision, ensuring quality standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic production environment, utilizing various tools and machinery. Candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with manufacturing processes, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position is essential for maintaining efficient production workflows and delivering high-quality finished goods.

Responsibilities

- Assemble parts and components according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment safely and effectively
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
- Perform tasks as required for assembly processes
- Utilize forklift or warehouse experience for material handling and component movement




- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or issues early

Experience

- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred but not necessary
- Experience operating a forklift certification is beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Must be a team player and able to work in a quick paced environment

Must focus on safety, quality, 5S and productivity

Experience:

No experience is required. If you have manufacturing experience, that’s a bonus!. We are seeking applicants that have a drive to learn and be part of a dedicated team.

Other Requirements:
