Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP transformation initiatives, focusing on integrating SAP systems with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions utilizing VMware, Kubernetes, and other virtualization technologies to support SAP environments
- Develop and optimize database architectures using SQL-based systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases
- Manage operating system environments across Windows, Linux, and Unix platforms to ensure stability and performance of SAP applications
- Configure and maintain network components such as DNS, VPNs, and computer networking protocols to secure and streamline data flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate deployment pipelines using DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Shell Scripting, Bash, Python, and PowerShell
- Ensure system security by implementing best practices for DNS management, network security protocols, and access controls within SAP landscapes




- Monitor system performance using REST APIs and other tools to identify bottlenecks or issues proactively
- Support disaster recovery planning by designing resilient infrastructure architectures leveraging Kubernetes orchestration and virtualization strategies

Skills

- Extensive experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure for enterprise application integration
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi and container orchestration with Kubernetes
- Proficiency in database management systems like SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, NoSQL databases; T-SQL and PL/SQL scripting skills are essential
- Solid understanding of operating systems including Windows and Linux; experience with shell scripting (Bash), Python, and PowerShell is highly desirable
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as DNS configuration, VPN setup, TCP/IP protocols, and network security best practices
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs for system integration and automation tasks
- Knowledge of DevOps practices using Jenkins, Git version control system, Shell Scripting, Docker containers (bonus)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to operating systems, databases, or network configurations efficiently
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical teams while translating complex concepts into clear solutions

Pay: $85.00-$92.00 per hour
