At Craft Cellars, we believe great wine is best experienced through conversation, discovery, and a genuine passion for wine. We are currently looking for knowledgeable, enthusiastic individuals to join our sales floor team at our Northland location, next door to the newly opened Italian Centre.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a guest-focused retail environment and brings a true passion for wine. A strong interest in food, flavour, and pairing is essential — we’re looking for a true foodie who naturally connects the wines we sell to how they are enjoyed. If you take pride in presentation, enjoy engaging with customers, and love helping others discover something new, we’d love to hear from you.

- Provide exemplary customer service to every person who walks into our store
- Greet customers when they enter the store and take customers to product when required
- Generate sales by educating, advising, and suggesting products to every customer
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
- Operate POS with accuracy, balancing cash float,



and making deposits.
- Merchandising

Online order fulfillment

- Support online order fulfillment
- Shipping/local delivery/in-store pick ups

Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION

- WSET Level 2 or higher certification and other wine-related training preferred
- Proserve certificate required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Available to work a varied retail schedule, including evening and weekends
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for an extended period

- A creative mindset with an eye for detail in product presentation.
- Proven track record of success
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ready and excited to help grow our business
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beer and or liquor industry is an asset but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
