Are you passionate about retail, product, and customer experience? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buying & Retail Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic team and support the day-to-day operations behind a growing retail business.

Responsibilities

- Support the buying team with product information, purchase orders, and vendor communication
- Assist with inventory tracking, product updates, and order follow-ups
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate product information
- Support customer service inquiries by providing solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Assist with e-commerce activities including product listings, updates, pricing, and online content
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and product databases
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, operations, marketing, and logistics
- Assist with administrative tasks related to purchasing, inventory, and retail operations




- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, administration, purchasing, merchandising, or e-commerce
- Strong interest in the retail industry and product management
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working with Excel, Microsoft Office, and retail/e-commerce systems
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
