FitnessOMC Clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will help create a welcoming and professional clinic experience. This role includes greeting patients, answering phone calls and messages, scheduling and confirming appointments through JaneApp, processing payments, and supporting the daily administrative operations of the clinic.

We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, works well in a busy workplace, pays close attention to detail, and provides excellent customer service.

Korean and English bilingual communication skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using JaneApp
- Process payments and issue receipts




- Manage patient information and maintain accurate records
- Assist with direct billing and insurance-related administrative tasks
- Communicate appointment and clinic information clearly to patients
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Support practitioners and clinic staff with daily administrative duties
- Follow clinic privacy policies and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications

- Previous reception, customer service, or clinic administration experience is an asset
- Experience using JaneApp is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, email, and booking systems
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment
- Korean and English bilingual skills are preferred
