Job Summary
Skyyling Home Cleaning Services is seeking 10.99 Cleaning Contractors to join our cleaning teams. The ideal candidate must have their own cleaning Equipment, reliable transportation (Must have Car/Van), must be a P.R or a Canadian Citizen. The idea candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various Residential facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our Visitors and occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while performing cleaning tasks.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned Residential areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas that require technical cleaning or maintenance.
- Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests for cleaning services in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to Human Resource management.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous Residential Cleaning Experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
