House Cleaner / Residential Cleaner

Overview:

Join our team as a House Cleaner at IOC Solutions, where we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch cleaning services to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to ensure homes are kept clean and organized to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, scrubbing floors, baseboards, tiles, high-contact areas, tough build-up of dirt, grease, and grime.
- Follow strict checklists and quality standards to ensure no detail is missed
- Handle deep cleaning tasks like post-renovation, move-in/move-out, and heavy-duty scrubbing
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality, even under time pressure
- Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely and correctly (vacuums, mops, degreasers, disinfectants, etc.)
- Report any property damage, safety hazards, or supply shortages immediately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning and storing equipment after use
- Follow company procedures for opening, closing, and client communication
- Take direction well and adapt quickly to feedback or changes in schedule
- Show up on time, ready to work, and stay until the job is fully complete/until specified.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required.




- Ability to manage multiple cleaning tasks with consistent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and respect for clients’ homes and privacy.
- Basic understanding of household management or hospitality practices is considered an asset.
- Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, lifting up to 25 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is an asset (if applicable to your business).
