Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality structures, ductwork, and custom fabrications that meet project specifications and safety standards. Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements.
- Operate various welding techniques including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and plasma cutting to join or cut metal parts accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape, bend, and assemble metal components.
- Perform rigging tasks such as lifting and securing heavy materials using cranes or forklifts safely.
- Measure dimensions precisely with calipers, tape measures, and other measuring devices to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products using schematics, calipers, and basic math calculations to verify accuracy.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols related to welding, fabrication, and construction activities.

Skills

- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques with demonstrated experience in manufacturing or construction settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge including familiarity with machinery such as press brakes, plasma cutters, and machining tools.
- Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and schematics for accurate fabrication.
- Experience with rigging procedures involving cranes or forklifts for material handling.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measurement devices for precise work.
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of ductwork fabrication and assembly for HVAC or industrial applications.
- Familiarity with schematics related to mechanical systems or structural components.
- Good understanding of safety standards related to welding, construction, and manufacturing environments.

Pay: $20.42-$39.49 per hour
