Your Role: As a Residential Cleaner you'll deliver exceptional cleaning services while embodying our values of a Positive Mindset, Accountability, Commitment and Solution Driven. You'll be part of our excellent client rating scores, scoring your own 10/10 experiences!

What You'll Do:

- Provide thorough, detail-oriented cleaning services using our eco-friendly products and proven systems
- Build positive relationships with clients and teammates
- Follow our established processes while bringing your own positive energy to each clean
- Participate in our supportive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain high safety and quality standards that keep our clients coming back

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that involves working on your feet for most of the day. Daily tasks include frequent stair use, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, and repetitive cleaning motions.

Team members regularly work in the workplace of others and have exposure to cleaning products and fragrances.

This role also requires reliable transportation and the ability to drive between client locations in varying weather conditions.

Applicants should feel comfortable performing these duties on a consistent basis.
