Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pallet Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is responsible for assembling wooden pallets of various sizes by operating hand tools and nail guns in a safe and efficient manner. This position involves repetitive lifting, use of power tools, and attention to quality and workplace safety.

Duties

- Assemble wooden pallets of different sizes using nail guns and other hand tools, ensuring proper alignment and squaring of materials.
- Follow production instructions and quality standards to ensure pallets are sturdy, accurate, and safe for shipping and storage.
- Perform repetitive lifting, positioning, and nailing of materials while maintaining safe work practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies and WorkSafeBC safety regulation.





Requirements

- Ability to safely use nail guns and other basic hand tools (training provided if required).
- Physically able to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
