Job Summary

We’re a Mexican restaurant serving up authentic Mexican dishes. We’re looking to expand our team, hiring Servers and Bartenders. In this role, you will serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service will be key to success. Spanish speaking is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale); Clover system
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in compliance with health regulations
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, preparation, and serving

Skills





- Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover for order processing and cashiering
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with food industry operations including serving, and upselling
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Must have a valid Smart Serve license
- Bilingual, Spanish and English

Pay: $17.60-$26.00 per hour
