We are looking for Construction Labourers to work on projects in Victoria BC. You must be able to arrive at our office at with safety boots and a lunch, as well as a valuable attitude!

Responsibilities and Duties

Laboring duties include performing tasks involved in:

The physical labor of installing drain, sewer and water lines.

Operating power tools of a large variety such as cut off saws, jackhammers and drills.

Also using hand tools such as shovels, picks and rakes.

Pushing wheelbarrows of gravel, dirt and concrete.

Hand Digging trenches for new services.

Load/Unloading of equipment and tools.

Site preparation and clean-up.

Our ideal candidate has the following skills and experience to bring to our team:

Positive, can-do attitude




Natural willingness to pitch in and do what’s needed to help get the job done
Physical capability to safely perform the work on site (i.e., lifting, carrying, standing, walking, kneeling, etc.)

A Class 5 license as well as experience in this field is an asset.
