We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Residential Service Plumber to join our team and deliver exceptional plumbing solutions to our valued clients. Duties

- Perform diagnostic assessments of residential plumbing systems to identify issues accurately.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, water heaters, and related components according to safety standards and building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute projects precisely.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment efficiently to complete installations and repairs.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during job sites while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with clients to explain repair procedures and provide maintenance recommendations.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, schematics, and construction standards.

Qualifications





- Minimum 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
- Able to diagnose and complete plumbing jobs independently with little to no supervision.
- Own a complete set of plumbing tools, including a RIDGID K-50 drain cleaning machine (or equivalent).
- Own reliable vehicle suitable for transporting tools and materials.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
- Able to respond to service calls on short notice when available.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management.
- Licensed plumber or registered apprentice preferred.

Pay: $100.00-$400.00 per day
