Kingsway Wholesale is a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical wholesaler in Toronto. We supply a wide variety of pharmaceuticals to pharmacies across Canada, with a strong emphasis on friendly and efficient customer service.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team and handle responsibilities such as:

- Logistics coordination
- Administrative tasks (i.e. Faxing, e-mailing, organization)
- Lifting boxes of various weights (up to 40 lbs)
- Providing transportation daily to and from the Oakville/Burlington area as well as within the GTA during work hours
- Be available for flexible hours to drive within the 8am-6pm range
- Other duties as required

The position is full-time and the candidate must be located within the Burlington/Oakville area.

Remuneration is starting at $25/hr entry based on experience with increases based on probationary performance.





The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, good multitasking skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a robust grasp of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).
