We are seeking a passionate and energetic Before and After School Educator to join our vibrant team dedicated to fostering a safe, engaging, and nurturing workplace for children. Responsibilities

- Supervise children during before and after school hours, ensuring their safety at all times
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational activities
- Support children with providing guidance and encouragement to foster independence
- Create a welcoming environment that promotes social interaction, cooperation, and positive behavior
- Maintain a clean,



organized classroom or activity space that encourages learning and play
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging curricula that meet developmental needs of diverse learners

Experience

- Prior experience working with children and special needs children, in an educational or childcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Strong understanding of child development stages and appropriate activities
- Communication skills to engage children and team members
- Passion for fostering a supportive environment that encourages curiosity and growth

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
