Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Southern Ontario. This role offers an exciting opportunity to expand our market presence through proactive business development, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a competitive workplace. Experience with Powersports and B2B sales are required. As an integral part of our sales team, you will contribute to our growth by identifying new opportunities and managing key accounts with professionalism and strategic insight.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and target new business opportunities within Central Ontario.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and account management.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing agreements that align with company goals while meeting client needs.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth..
- Utilize CRM and other tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions efficiently.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and French is an added asset.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years Powersports Parts and Accessories experience (required) (ATV, Snowmobile & Motorcycle)




- Proven experience in outside sales and B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development capabilities with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook skills for managing customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
- The ability to travel, plan travel and strong time management skills
- A valid driver’s license is required for travel within Central Ontario region.

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
