Job Duties:

- Maintaining Customer Properties from Spring to Fall
- Lawn Maintenance
- Upkeep of Flower and Shrub Gardens
- Fall & Spring Property Clean-Ups
- Parking Lot Power Sweeping and Line Painting
- Additional Tasks as required
- Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe, responsible and efficient manner following all recommended operating procedures
- Submit paperwork and documentation promptly at the end of each shift
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

Requirements:

- Valid drivers’ license
- Safe driving record – able to submit a driver’s abstract (infractions history) upon request




- Experience operating equipment
- Physically fit with robust stamina
- Ability to follow safe working procedures

Work Conditions:

- Various locations including residential, commercial and industrial sites
- Extremely flexible working hours, including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly
