We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guidewire Claims Center Tester specializing in Personal and Commercial Lines (P&C;).

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Guidewire Claims validation, with a focus on ensuring that insurance applications meet both business and technical requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize Guidewire software to perform comprehensive claims validation for personal and commercial insurance applications.
- Analyze test case results, identify bottlenecks, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with development, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, scripts, results, and recommendations.




- Utilize JIRA for tracking and managing testing progress and issues.
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on testing status and collaborate on solutions to identified issues.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven expertise in Guidewire Claims Center testing.
- Solid knowledge of personal and commercial insurance processes.
- Experience in claims validation and analysis.
- Proficiency in documenting test cases, results, and recommendations.
- Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of additional insurance software platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Guidewire claims validation.
- Strong technical skills in Guidewire Claims validation
