Job Description:
Gorilla Repairs is seeking a motivated individual who has extensive experience with property maintenance and upkeep. Having intermediate handyman abilities is a must. The ideal candidate has a willingness to learn, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to manage projects without significant oversight. The Handyman/Maintenance Manager will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks at residential and commercial properties. This includes but is not limited to electrical work, general repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections of properties to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, and repairing electrical fixtures.
- Complete general handyman tasks including painting, carpentry, and minor repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from clients.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on work progress and recommendations for maintenance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a handyman/maintenance manager or similar role.




- Full time availability including weekends
- Access to own vehicle (truck or van preferred)
- Complete toolset
- Ability to fix broken items
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Basic appliance repair knowledge
- Positive attitude
- Proficiency in electrical work, and general repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in maintenance-related fields is a plus.
