General Labourer – Epoxy Flooring Installation

$18/hour | Full-Time | Immediate Start

We are hiring General Labourers to join our installation crews immediately. This is physical, hands-on work with a work more, earn more culture — the more you show up and grind, the more prospect for hours and growth.

Requirements (non-negotiable):

- Valid Working at Heights certificate
- Valid WHMIS certificate
- Available to start immediately
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, standing, kneeling for extended periods)

What you'll do:

- Assist with surface preparation, material handling, and site setup
- Support lead installers during epoxy flooring application
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized worksite
- Follow safety protocols on every job





No experience in epoxy flooring required — we train on the job. What we can't train is certification and availability, so if you don't have Working at Heights and WHMIS already, please don't apply.
