We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented Team Members / Line Cooks to join our front line and kitchen crew, help prepare fresh orders to perfection, maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness, and deliver an exceptional fast-casual dining experience to our guests!

Key Responsibilities:

- Slice, grill, and assemble customized donairs, rice platters, salads, and sides according to Prairie Donair standards and recipes.
- Warmly greet guests, take orders at the till/POS system, answer menu questions, and ensure every customer leaves happy.
- Keep the line fully stocked with fresh vegetables, proteins, cheeses,



and signature sauces throughout your shift.
- Maintain a clean work station, follow proper food safety/sanitation guidelines, and help keep the dining and kitchen areas spotless.
- Prepare takeaway, dine-in, and delivery app orders efficiently without compromising on quality or accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 1 year experience in fast-casual food service, prep work, or line cooking is required.
- Energetic, friendly, punctual, and eager to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs (e.g., food prep trays/boxes).
- Valid Food Safety Certificate (or willing to obtain upon hire) is an asset.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
