Labourer needed for a climate controlled, year-round, indoor farm.

The Ideal Applicant:

- Is looking to take on some part time work, for 2 - 3 days per week

- Is a highly self-motivated individual with customer service and team building attributes.

- Must have own means of transportation to and from work

- Must be physically able to do some heavy lifting (~50 lbs) and repetitive tasks, as well as standing for long periods

- Must enjoy working both In & Outdoors, and be able to work under a multitude of conditions

- Will maintain a steady and calm demeanor in periods of high volume and production

- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, strong values, and a positive attitude

- Contributes to a positive team setting

- Communicates clearly, brings an ownership mentality to the business and commitment to operational excellence.





- Must be legal to work in Canada

- Some experience preferred but not required, as training will be provided

This position would be a great fit for a semi-retired individual.

Duties of the Indoor Farm Labourer include but are not limited to:

- planting and watering of crops

- other general farm duties and greenhouse cleanup

- cutting and packaging of crops
