Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, card, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Conduct product demos and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products and ensuring shelves are stocked attractively
- Provide clear communication about store policies, promotions, and product features to enhance customer understanding




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and optimize customer satisfaction

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, transaction processing, and balancing registers accurately
- Customer service experience demonstrating patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising techniques, and retail sales processes is advantageous
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with time management to prioritize tasks effectively
