Full-Time Lead Residential Cleaner

Aura Mist Clean is a growing residential cleaning company serving Ottawa and the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, high-quality cleaning, and creating a positive, supportive work environment.

We’re currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Residential Cleaner to join our team.

Position Details

- Monday to Friday
- General availability between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time position
- Occasional weekend opportunities may be available
- Starting wage: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Please note: While availability is expected Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, scheduled hours may vary depending on client bookings, cancellations, and seasonal demand.

Service Area

You will travel to residential homes throughout:

- Ottawa
- Nepean
- Kanata
- Stittsville
- Barrhaven
- Bells Corners
- Manotick
- Richmond
- Carp
- Orléans
- Surrounding communities

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional residential cleaning services
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and detail homes according to company standards
- Work efficiently as part of a two-person cleaning team
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Complete daily check-in/check-out procedures
- Report any damages or maintenance concerns
- Maintain company equipment and supplies

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Able to travel throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
