Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic Dealership! In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our valued customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery ofnew and pre owned vehicles. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle physical tasks will drive customer satisfaction and operational success. Responsibilities

- Ensure that all required paperwork is completed at delivery
- Preview all deliveries in advance and ensure that vehicle is equipped as ordered.
- Explain all features and benefits to customers on their new vehicle
- Set up vehicle bluetooth and any other connections for all users
- Set up Kia app for all users and walk through the functions of the app
- Complete all training as required by Kia Canada
- Finalize and complete the delivery process in a seamless and pleasant manner in compliance with Kia Canada and Omvic.
- Guarantee all appointments and deadlines are met.

Requirements





- Proven experience in delivery roles preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Detailed in administative functions
- Tech savy with knowledge of Kia app and digital execution of contractual agreements.
- Maintain scheduling of appointments
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Maintain the highest standard of professionalism and etiquette to our distinguised customers
- Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
