Neuropsych & Counselling | Calgary, AB | In-Person + Virtual | Full-Time or Part time

Neuropsych & Counselling is Alberta's leading psychology clinic for ADHD, autism, anxiety, learning disabilities, and performance psychology.

We are growing fast. We have the infrastructure, the marketing engine, the brand, and the referral volume. What we need now is an exceptional psychologist who wants to build a caseload quickly, work with genuine clinical depth, and be part of a clinic with a real trajectory. We work a lot with high performers, executives, founders, and athletes.

What You'll Do

- Provide individual counselling to teens, young adults, and/or adults
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain professional documentation and ethical standards
- Collaborate with our growing multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to a positive, innovative, and client-focused culture

WHAT WE OFFER

- A full caseload within 30-45 days — our marketing infrastructure, SEO presence across six Alberta cities, and Google Ads pipeline actively generate assessment inquiries. You will not be waiting for a caseload to build; you will be managing one
- Competitive fee-split compensation — structured transparently based on assessment type and volume, discussed fully at interview
- Supervision support for provisional psychologists — we actively help identify and connect you with a qualified supervisor suited to assessment-focused provisional registration pathways




- Your own branded social media presence on social media, with content support, positioning you as a named, trusted assessment expert in the Alberta psychology community
- Flexible delivery — in-person at our Calgary location, virtual from anywhere, or a combination. Assessment work is well-suited to a hybrid model and we support whatever works for your lifestyle
