We are currently hiring Traffic Control Persons (Flaggers) to support our client’s road construction projects across Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Quinte West and nearby regions. This is a seasonal opportunity with consistent hours and the chance to work outdoors in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Safely direct traffic around or near active worksites
- Monitor road and traffic conditions to ensure safety for workers and the public
- Communicate effectively with team members and other traffic control personnel
- Perform additional duties as required to support site operations

Qualifications

- Traffic Control Certification is required (training provided by GHRC)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites as locations change
- Strong verbal communication skills




- Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
