Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tagalog language and will support the dental team by providing exceptional patient care, assisting with procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Experience with dental software such as Abeldent. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and compassion are essential.

Duties

- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments in accordance with infection control protocols
- Assist dentists during various procedures.
- Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary
- Manage patient records efficiently using dental software Abeldent software.
- Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, treatment plans, and medical terminology
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow as a dental receptionist when needed




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist in maintaining a clean, organized clinical workplace

Qualifications

- Experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory. In house training will be provide for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of dental assisting procedures, medical terminology, and infection control standards
- Familiarity with dental software including Abeldent is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience working with orthodontics, pediatrics, or CAD imaging is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients of all ages
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy clinic environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A compassionate attitude combined with excellent organizational skills to support both clinical and administrative duties

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
