Independent Jewellers is looking for a creative and customer-focused Jewellery Designer to join our team. If you're passionate about bringing clients' ideas to life and creating meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Jewellery Designer, you'll work closely with clients from the initial concept through the final design, helping transform their vision into beautifully crafted jewellery.

We are looking for a self-motivated professional who understands the importance of customer service and has an enthusiastic attitude toward retail sales.

What You'll Do

- Meet with clients to discuss custom jewellery ideas and design concepts.
- Create sketches and 3D CAD models for custom pieces.
- Guide clients through gemstone and metal selections.
- Collaborate with our on-site team throughout the production process.




- Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining design integrity.
- Ensure designs are accurate, manufacturable, and completed on schedule.
- Stay current with jewellery trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
- Support the sales team with custom design consultations and presentations.

Qualifications

- Experience in jewellery design and custom jewellery development.
- Proficiency with CAD software such as Rhino, or similar.
- Strong understanding of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery construction.
- Excellent visualization, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a passion for exceptional customer service.
