Duties

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments

- Maintain organized merchandising displays that reflect current trends and brand standards
- Provide detailed product information and technical specifications to support clients’ purchasing decisions
- Follow up with clients post-visit to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from prospective clients
