Redwave Marketing Inc. is expanding across Manitoba, Saskatchewan. We partner with Valley Fiber, RFNow telecom provider to help households upgrade their internet/TV/home phone services through face-to-face(Door-to-Door) outreach.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

- Work in assigned neighbourhoods and communities across Manitoba, Saskatchewan (travel required)
- Speak with residents about telecom service options (internet/TV/home phone)
- Build rapport, handle objections, and close sales using proven scripts
- Attend team check-ins/huddles and ongoing coaching to improve performance
- Meet weekly targets and represent the brand professionally

What We’re Looking For

You are:

- Confident speaking with new people daily
- Coachable, consistent, and motivated by performance goals
- Positive and professional in the field

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
- Comfortable traveling across Manitoba, Saskatchewan




- Smartphone (data plan recommended for field communication/tools)
- Able to pass a basic background check

Sales/customer service experience is an asset, but not required — we train the right people.

Compensation & Incentives

- Commission-only (uncapped earning potential)
- $1,000 sign-up bonus (conditions apply)
