We’re Hiring: Barista

HELIOS patisserie

We’re a small, dessert-driven pastry shop where quality coffee exists to complement thoughtfully crafted pastries and desserts experience.

What you’ll do

-Prepare & serve espresso-based drinks, beverages with desserts

-Provide warm, attentive customer service

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop

What we’re looking for

-1 Main barista FT/PT

-2 Junior barista FT/PT

Previous FOH/barista experience minimum 1 year at specialty coffee shop

-Ability to multi task, efficient and organized with prep

-Appreciation for desserts, pastries, and café culture

-Detail-oriented, calm, and reliable

-Comfortable working in a small, quality-driven environment

-Availability on weekdays and weekends (weekend availability as needed)

Note:



All new hires will have a 3-month probation period to ensure a good fit for both the team and the individual.
