Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ financial goals and offering tailored solutions.
- Assist customers with cash handling duties, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Promote and upsell relevant financial products and services to meet customer needs and enhance their banking experience.
- Manage cash transactions efficiently, maintaining precise cash management and cashiering procedures at all times.
- Educate customers on available financial services, including savings accounts, loans, credit options, and digital banking tools.
- Support team efforts by maintaining organized records of transactions,



completing shift reports, and adhering to compliance standards.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages customer engagement and builds long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles within the financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform accurate cash handling and basic calculations swiftly.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain products, answer questions, and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while prioritizing customer needs.
- Knowledge of cash management procedures, cashiering operations, and financial services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
