Pay: $18.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Igloo Erectors Ltd. is a leading commercial building envelope contractor specializing in architectural cladding systems. We are currently looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our fabrication shop.

This position focuses primarily on the fabrication of Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels used on commercial construction projects. Previous fabrication or construction experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Fabricate ACM panels and other architectural cladding components
- Read and follow fabrication drawings and work instructions
- Package and crate finished products for shipment to job sites
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and delivery vehicles
- Support picker truck operators with deliveries as required
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
- Assist with general shop duties and material handling
- Inspect, clean,



and perform basic maintenance on shop tools and equipment

Qualifications

- Construction or fabrication experience is considered an asset
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to lift materials and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
