Duties

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, incorporating techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Assess clients’ health history and discuss their wellness goals to develop customized treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, stretching exercises, and lifestyle recommendations to enhance results.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and industry standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, benefits, and any contraindications or concerns.




- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education to continually improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or regulatory body.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to health conditions and treatments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach to client care.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a rapid-paced environment.
- Prior experience in massage therapy or related wellness fields is preferred but not required; training provided for new graduates.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all safety protocols.

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour
